As you can see, it does have FB5, Carrier 5, Capital Ships 5, and Jump Cal 5 I would not consider it 100% complete however, but I am not sure how much you require support skills such as Cloaking 5 and Capital Cap Emission / Armor 5 so I am going to show it to you regardless. Normal Neural Remap available 2014.07.18, but character has 1 bonus remap available. My plan was hold onto it for a few more months and train it up a little bit more for my own use, but my usage requirements have changed and I will no longer be requiring it, If it looks fairly close to your needs, we can discuss more details either here or privately. I will keep the character logged in as much as possible today if you want to reach me in game.
