Kassidus	Posted - 2006.05.04 07:36:00 - [1] Ok so i couldnt edit my original thread to put the new pic at the top, so i will start a new thread with a link to the old one. Old Thread Ok so i took 10 min and made some changes to the image , first is color i tried to get closer to what it should look like, also fixed the issue whith the gun mounts not out far enough, now it sticks out more like the Armagedon. and finaly i made a slight change to the front of the ship got rid of the roundness, giving it slightly more of a beak like appearance which aslo fits in better with the Bhaalgorn tale of it being a monster etc etc. Anyways here we go. Bhaalgorn Remix 2 Please keep your signature within the 24000 bytes limit. Ivan K Ivan your really chapin my ass!

They have some awesome designers, too, and there's no reason really why your concept is any better than theirs. You have some serious talent, though. I hope this inspires some redesigns of some ships instead of simply having recoloured skins like now, when the 'new' graphics are released. Testy's Eve Blog!

If the Bhaalgorn looked like this I guarantee that the demand would SKYROCKET. This is what ppl want with faction ships. Like the Machariel and Nightmare, different and cool. Unique. Nyxus Macgyver can build an airplane out of gum and paper clips, but Chuck Norris can kill him and take it.

I think it's the implication that some poor Navy commander was ambushed and sucked dry by a horde of Ashimmu and Cruor, and that the Bhaalgorn is essentially a "spoil of war." In my mind the psychological impact that would have on any loyalist pilot who saw it would be significant. The corruption of this gleaming emblem of Imperial might is and should be a major weapon in the arsenal of the Blood Raider Covenant. They actively use terror more effectively than any Matari raider ever could. All that said, it's a great piece of concept art, and very much fits in with the style and design aesthetic of the "indigenous" Blood Raider ships. If they were to come out with a Tech 2 BR BS, it should look similar to that.

Bhaalgorn Remix 2 I fly a bhaalgorn and love the ship. Otherwise why have one? But I went crazy when I saw your first concept are depiction and thought there is no way the ship could get any better! That is, till I saw your "new and improved" design. I would give everything I have in Eve, and that is a considerable amount of ships, mods and isk for that one incredible ship you have created. There is no reason that CCP couldn't or shouldn't bargain with a player/fan for their design and implement if satisfactory agreements can be reached between the concerned parties.
