I do like what I heard from the rumored Caldari BC.
7 Launchers. one more than a Raven. Sadly, it will lose the Ferox's tankability, in favor of gankability, getting 2 heavy missile bonuses. Which will bring other issues like cap

Aye, if It gets med turret damage and drone damage bonuss like people are suggesting it is going to be one mean ship  . A 6-5-6 setup would be pretty nice.

7 high slots, 4 mid slots, 6 lowslots, 5 turret hp.
5% bonus to med projectile turret damage and RoF.

6 turret hp, 2 missile hp (always gotta sneak em in) + bonuses would be nice. Just a buffed rupture really(which would be awesome).

I'd like to see the T2 gallente BC have 2 launcher hardpoints and an extra med slot. The BC is the only non-capital gallente ship that doesn't have a roden shipyards missile version. Creodron already have a T2 brute variant: give the job to roden!

Drone Boat seems to be the hot idea for the new tier 2 Gallente BC, however I think an oversized celestis would be pretty cool. 100m3 drone bay + 7 or so mids with a dampening bonuss would be pretty hot if you ask me.

if I were in charge, what I'd probably like to see:
2 races being mini-capital ships, 2 races being supersize destroyers.

by that I mean a drone count bonus. the way to do this that comes to mind, would be having a role bonus that halfs the size of medium drones. then have a say, 100m3 drone bay, and a drone control bonus rather than a damage bonus. this would allow for a high amount of auxilliary drones in the bay, without overpowering it by allowing a higher number of heavy drones.
maybe a bonus for EW/Logistics drones as well(repair drones bonus might be too much, but a remote repairer bonus could be neat, and fitting). ALL utility slots, or only like 2-3 turret points... (I'd love missile slots instead, but that might be too far, and out of character)
I'm not as familiar with the other races as much, maybe the Caldari one could be fast-ish, and have a hefty torpedos bonus, maybe 4 missile slots that could fit seige launchers?
and the amarr/minm could be to Cruisers what Destroyers are to Frigs...
as if it wasn't obvious... I'm whole heartedly in the drone boat party. but I REALLY want it to be a drone COUNT bonus, not a drone damage bonus. I could totally handle having no weapon hardpoints if I got a drone count bonus, even if it was restricted to mediums... and if I could have my pick I'd DEFINITELY chose 2-4 missile hardpoints over turret hardpoints for such a ship.
