first off, congrats that the eve bank finally is making profits :) i think the changes you made lately to the system (as using t2 bpos as security) gave the whole project a big boost. As a shareholder i am happy :)
about the new shares, first off, i will gladly buy some more to raise my current stock, but the only thing that worries me abit, is that finally now where the bank is making profit, the expected dividend for my existing shares for this month will be halved due to the new shares beeing sold now. Did you take this "problem" into consideration ?
Right now i'm, to be honest, rather inclined to vote against the increase of shares at the current shareholder vote, as an increase in shares will simply not increase the possible profit of the shares i currently hold (even if you do loan out the new 50B immediatly aswell).
Can you somehow sweep my obligations away ?
cheers, Tsun
PS: i hope this whole post made sense to you :O
Bully, he paid out all accumulated profit before the new IPO starts.
In any case I'll just double my holdings.

40/40/20 split seems like a good idea.
It would decrease the problems with issuing new pulbic offerings whenever the isk amount is maxxed out and it would increase the value of the company over time. Furthermore, it can be implimented easily.

TS can you indicate the level of current interest you are getting for loans?
If there is really a significant back log of people who want to take loans and there is no cash then people should be made aware in order to prompt sales.

Over 400 shares sold now btw :P
Right well I this may sound odd .... but I asked the question because I knew the answer ;)

Two BMBE loans have just been closed today.
One for 7B and another for 11B. First @3.5% and expected to rnu for 8 weeks, and the second a 2.5% loan to run for 15 weeks.
So additional income for the BMBE ensured for quite some time into the future.
But we really need to get some more shares sold now...
Sounds pretty good, don't know why you are having trouble moving the remaining shares.

If 40/40/20 was implimented after the May dividend was paid out, how much would the isk reserve grow per month?

Just doubt shareholders will be willing/able to actually buy that amount of shares. Ie. I think the BMBE will have lots more demands for loans than it's able to offer for quite some time to come. Quite frustrating...
Simple Solution;
Raise interest rates. This will decrease demand to a supportable level and increase profits.

Can you do some profit projections per share since all the isk has been loaned?

The profit was higher than the IPO indicated though .... i think.
In any case the interest rates have changed.
Just curious what the profit expectations are total for the course of the existing loans.
