yeah begging for t1 junk for recycling into a stockpile for your industry attempt is not a job.
go run missions, get money buy junk on the market with market orders or mine it or loot it yourself
plus theres tons of stuff to be salvaged if you want free stuff... you dont even need permission to salvage a wreck, just get there first.
just don't steal the cargo unless you know the risks, then you can also steal junk from wrecks
