It still looks crude and militaristic without having the appearance of being made out of scrapyard parts.

The first on the market will carry a premium as they will be both rare and built from unresearched BPO's. The current battlecruisers hit the market at 35 - 37 mil if I remember correctly. They took about 6 months to reach the cost levels we see now.
