First time I am trying this one on lvl 4, I've checked eveinfo.com, it looks similar to the lvl 3 version.
Is this true, do you get dumped into a shoot gallery?
Any tips besides a beefy EM/Thermal tank? |

I was about to tackle this (my version is against Sansha's).

Sanshas for me also.
EM damage obviously on the Sanshas and according to my calcs Kinetic against the sentries.

Well i'm not sure if this is any use or if it's obvious but work down from the cruise missile batteries, to heavy, and sentry guns to work down the damage. Use drones on anything your not firing (demons, berserkers)
It's a big missile party for a while  . Warp puts you in the middle of it all.
edit: i used EM/Thermal hardeners only, the Savage Lords didnt fire kinetic cruise missiles when i did it.

easy mission if you have decent em resistence
whats nasty with the last part is the two cruise missile batterys hitting you with 900 em damage per missile, NOT good if you happen to be in a unprepared raven (or annything at all with low EM resistence naturally)
intressting missions becouse of one of the battleships who tend to drop actuall battleship loot, plus nice lp

I'm assuming you'd be agaisnt sansha. Assuming, again, that you can only fly minmatar BS's, then this will be a relatively tough mission for you, unless, you have high resistance on EM like around 80+% and same as thermal.
Otherwise, find someone who can armor tank as it's much easier. It's like a walk in the park. Slap on 2 active EM and 2 Active therm armor hardners and you'll be ok. And yeah, take down the cruise missiles first.

one EM armor hardener, two thermic, one large armor rep, simple.
Lots of stationary batteries, but they die quick if you have blasters fitted

First gate is easy. Second gate, I take out the frigates frist, they web. Then I go after a combo of the missile batteries and any Cruisers that are in range. Once I have all the Missile batteries killed, I go after the rest of the Cruisers, then take on the BS last. I think it is pretty easy. I only have 6mill SP and I have no issues. I Armor Tank it with my Tempest and use EM and light and medium drones too.

i find it fairly easy in a domi with em+2therm armor hardners. sometimes need to burst the second armor rep but ive never came close to beeing blown up.
u want to get rid of the frigs quick on the 2nd part of the 2nd mission though.
totally aggree with the above poster about the loot! they barely drop any can and when they do its junk and not much of it, maybe the omber roids in the first part are meant to make up for the lousy ammount of loot you get or something

was a piece of cake, only need my MAR. eveinfo might be wrong on the savage lord - no kinetic cruise missles
crap loot but around 6 million in bounties and reward, not to shabby for a quick mission.
