I did some missions for my lvl1 agent a couple of weeks ago, and after around 30 succeeded (with 3 fails) I got a lvl2 agent. That agent was very crappy though (-19% agent quility) so I didn't do any missions for her.
Now with the implants from lvl3 agents I started doing some more to get a new, better lvl2.
Now I'm up in 61 missions, and still 3 failed. So no failed missions this time.
Why don't I get a new agent? Shouldn't I get one? My standing towards the agent is "Exemplary", standing is up to 8% also.
Is it worth it to start to do missions for the lvl2 instead?
-19% agent quility, 2% standning.
What's the difference?
I've heard stuff about payment...so what, it's not for the money anyway :)
But will it be easier to get a (good) lvl3 agent with a good lvl2? Or is the chance the same? Is it linked so if you have a bad lvl2 you will probably get a bad lvl3 too?

I got my 1st Level 3 Agent at bout 78 missions.
That was with my Awesome +18% lvl 2

well I have various different agents of various levels and have had NO agents since the original factions drop bugs back b4 papa smurf went on holiday. Its blindingly annoying!!

I have a whole list full of level one agents, but have yet to get a level 2 agent... 50 missions here, 40 there, 20 somewhere else, 52 for another level one and so on... Nothing, not a single level 2 agent.
I'm glad it's not a definable number of missions that need to be done to keep it random, but this is getting stoopid... I'm now going to focus on my best agent and I don';t care if it takes 100+ missions I WILL get a level agent damnit... and be glad about it even if it's a crappy -19/+2 peice of crap agent hehehe.
Point is though, is there a point when a player should call Shenanigans on an agent and move on to another one? Like say 101 missions without a level 2 agent should I just dump em? even if they have the best stats as far as agents go?

Actually dumping a lvl2 agent at 101 missions would be a bad idea cause that's the mission my referrals to lvl3 agents started.

Yeah Ellison, but what about if you have a level ONE agent who you have done 101 missions for? I figured level 2's take more missions, so I'm not looking foreward to that since getting one level 2 seams impossible for me so far. heheh

If you aiming for level 3 agent, forget about quality and take first level 2 agent you get.

man that just aint right...i got my first level 2 agent after 32 missions. the level 1 agent was an awesome agent (+19) and he gave me a an excellent (+12) level 2 the first time around.. Im considering myself very lucky... which means i prolly stole all your luck...i dont know what to tell u on whether to dump that agent or not but something smells fishy

Quality doesnt matter if you dont need to get hight money rewards and aiming for level 3 agent, jest get a crappy level 3 agent through crappy level 1 and 2 agents, then you can switch to higher quality level 3 agent if you want high isk rewards, you get as many implants from -20% as from +20%, but I'm not sure how social and charisma comes in picture.
