All race Battleship 5 ideal. As close to 0 industry/trade/PI skills as possible. Not really interested in Capital skills, but they don't hurt. I have isk on hand, but I won't pay top dollar. I'm looking for a no hassle deal. If you're asking for more isk than 35% of the character's skillpoints, you're wasting both of our time.

I guess you mean 35000% because if you think you will get a 70 mil SP char for 20 MILLION isk then YOU are wasting your time :) Thanks for pointing this out. I updated the OP. I derped and was thinking in terms of billions of isk instead of isk as a single unit.
