Thought something was up when I tried to launch some drones:
First click... nothing happens.
Second click... "These items are busy"
 Doing what? And are they going to clear the mess up in the drone bay? Can't they see the npc's bearing down...?

My tracert also dies after that 195.50.91.22 node (which is right after it jumps from the US to London). This is an ISP failure somewhere.

Wrangler is going to have some work cut out to try and organize all these threads when everything is this slow.
I bet the devs are pretty tired of having to work every day to fix problems with the server...
