I have decided to state this after almost three years.
This *annoying, stupid, irritating game (sometimes)* has taken over a good portion of my life when not doing other apparently more imporant things.
If you agree with my short three word title please sign and let CCP that they are a pretty good bunch of peeps to be doing this for, even if my girlfriend would like to repeatedly hit them over the collective head with a hard metallic object most of the time

tbh atm i hate eve and he way the lag is....
nothing worse then beeing able to lock and navigate but u mods just wont ever go on...
my 2 cents.

I was playing for a few hours a few weeks back and almost lost the will to live. I haven't logged in apart from to check skills since. I can't play for more than a few months at a time without a break. At the moment I'm spending more time working and my play-time is spent in UT 2004, which I enjoy a lot, rather than playing Eve.

Playing Eve is like having a wife.
It can be a pain in the arse quite a lot of the time, but its always there when you want a bit of rumpy pumpy.

After three years I decided I hate eve....
Yesterday as I was cutting the grass and came accross a fire ant hill... I used my mighty tempest of doom on them...stupid name for a lawn mower. Pwnage over fire ants...
I am constantly thinking "Man I need to log on Eve"...but after I get loged on I cant figure out why I loged on.
During work hours I am constantly here on the forums...but I am allowed to do it...
At home I plan my time out to the tee...."8pm this show is comming on, but the corp is doing this stupid complex"...slam a tape in the machine and hit record...
Oh how I hate this game...
Dinner a 7pm but I got to make this station and deliver this load...(reminds me of my truck driving days) Sorry guys your teenagers make your own damn dinner I got 0.0 to go through...
My office doodles are all Eve related....

Its. Its. Its like a flipping ****** addiction.
Been 2 days since I log on. Hmm. wonder how the complex is holding up. Hmm. Is that POS down. Hmm. This beautiful woman is talking to me in *that way* and all I can think about is avenging xy or z.
But then I log on, and that warm feeling rushes over, because my internet buddies are there and I can blow things up. That and I can be a big kid playing spaceships, despite the fact Im in my mid 30's.
Arrgghhhh. I used to watch friends playing everquest and promise myself I'd never be one of those people. But they never got to fly spaceships.
And I always wanted to fly spaceships.
On the bright side, I've been going outside a bit lately. The sun... Its an interesting thing. Maybe at some point I'll set battleship V on training and take a few weeks off.
