Personally i run from ruptures if i think they are experienced PvPers coz i dont use nos, and use energized adaptive nanos in the lows leaving explosive resits quite low - two med nos and guns that can do exp dmg will often end badly for the rax pilot. As far as Gallente ship go - for all round PvP (in gangs) the rax is king but for 1v1 (minus ewar ofc) the vexor is my favourite Seems to me that seeing as lots of people have lots of different opinions here that the ships are obvioulsy pretty well balanced.
