1.His vision. I often say that he is able to put concepts into words which we ALL have - but quite haven't put together yet.
Sometimes its like he is living inside my brain.
2. He is tireless. His website - www.minerbumping.com - has been faithfully updated nearly every day, sometimes multiple times each day, since its founding back in 2012. Providing support, inspiration and direction for the most important entity in highsec is a lot of work.
3. His sense of humor and writing talent. Not only is his content regular, but it is highly entertaining and shows a masterful knack for the English language. While most of his detractors struggle with even the basics of grammar and spelling, he is still gracious - and often encourages New Order agents to attempt to help them with their struggles to communicate effectively.
4. His generosity. Providing free Catalysts to dozens of agents and knights is not cheap. How much ISK has been transferred to the less fortunate masses? Hundreds of billions? More? Yet, expectation of being paid back is completely foreign to him - he expects nothing for himself, in many ways similar to Jesus Christ.
5. His patience. Some of the nastiest, foul and outright racist comments are continually left on his doorstep, when all he is doing is attempting to enlighten others. I've seen some of them and it even shocks me. In weaker moments, people like me falter - and write miners and carebears off as lost souls - worthy only of expulsion from the EVE Community. Yet James never falters. He loves the sinner while hating the sin - always believing that even the lowest bot-aspirant can be eventually redeemed.
So much more, but I'll leave some room for others to post as well. I'm sure other CODE members can elaborate further on his many virtues.

Although there are a plenty of corporations with words 'New Order', I didn't found any of these to be a corporation who maintains a station in high security space with providing agent services.
Maybe it is a planetside corporation on your Engle planet without access to the space due to lack of funds?

Catalysts are filthy creations of underdeveloped and mismanaged gallentean industry. Many other destroyer hulls have greater in range, tank and power. Gallentean hulls are disgusting like their creators.
Besides, hundreds of billions aren't huge amount of money, comparing to what well known agents give out to capsuleers.

I have found this person called Jesus Christ, but there is literally no information about his deeds or generosity.
He is a CEO and a sole member of corporation called "dentistry and pluming too". Weird name for both person and corporation, I have to say. How would you know him, if he is a sole member in his corporation? Was his from this Engle planet as well?

Carebears? Are they some sort of ingenious animals in this Engle planet, some sort of furriers? Or, like, slaver hounds? Like, I don't know. Home pets? Or wild animals? Just don't tell me they are slimy or look like fedo. Or smell like fedo. Aren't they? Right?

Sounds like a looser to me. I have ran into his "agents" a couple of times though. Idiots keep trying to make me buy their permit. They even managed to blow up one of my retreivers then act like it was a great feat of combat prowess. They tend to avoid combat vessels, They won't fight anything that can shoot back.

Mining barges tend to lack the firepower to defend against their ships. And they run from combat vessels. So you have to tank against them and hope CONCORD shows up before they pop your barge. But that's the life of a pilot in New Eden, your not safe anywere.
