The reinforced bulkheads give some pretty nice structure bonus on a revelation.
Linkage
Altho resistance is zero one could easily drop one bulkhead for a damage control II and get 60% resistance on 176K structure.

Adding the damage control is probably better anyways, since you take half as much damage (or even less depending on the damage control) Plus your armor and shield take slightly less as well.
I cant fathom how long it would take to destroy that though =O

Now all we need is a Capital Structure Repairer I.
P.S. Is that a 100MN MWD and does it really give you any more velocity?

It's a 100MN Gist MWD, and yeah it does boost.
In mining mode (top speed 6m/s) it boost me up to 12m/s so if you think about it, it takes me half the time to travel the distance. So a normal docking sequence would take me about 41 minutes, but with the MWD it only takes around 20!!! So uber!
In speed mode I can do a bit over 550m/s with the MWD turned on (and yeah it's pretty funny flying past them noob shuttles with the dread )

an internal forcefield damage control would probably give the equivilant of having almost 500k hull hps

I like the idea but aren't dreads limited to 0.0 and dont Freighters tend to stick in empire perhaps for the very reason that if they ventured into 0.0 they might get rammed repeatedly by a nutter in a dread with nanos and a MWD

Chribba's dread is about the only one parked in a 1.0 system - from the screeny, you can see it's in Amarr. -- We are recruiting

Edited by: Litus Arowar on 09/05/2006 16:43:45 there needs to be a new word invented for chribba... he's not a carebear really, he's like a severely demented variety of one :)
I still have screenies of him wtfpwning my inty with his snowballing revelation (and now you do too!)
none of them specifically say chribba on them (I have some but CBA to edit them right now to remove channel/people names)
anyway, enjoy (hosted by the one and only Chribba)
forgive the low rez
I'm the white dot! Concord is doing NOTHING MY BABYYYY!!!
*EDIT* changed to jpg, sorry about the PNGs

Is it possible to build a dread in empire then use it inside of one system ?

I haven't bothered to train for a siege module yet (since it doesn't affect my mining lasers! - ccp add that pls!) but I've managed to tank concord for 2 minutes without siege so one should be able to tank them pretty good when in siege mode.

You cannot build in empire any longer, only in 0.4 and lower, I can always jump out to a nearby 0.4, but never get back in.

Aside..
Why the cloak in empire? is it for the surpise effect?
