do u guys really need that update hardware the same day for TQ and Test server???
Leave to us one of this server working... till other 'll be under update.
Also a question, u'll plan to reload more fresh char after that update on the Test???
i don't have alot of info on it, but i believe tq and sisi are the same server cluster thingy majig. so to power down 1 to upgrade it means taking sisi down with it. thats why both are being upgraded i think

yup and before there are masses of posts to this thread whining, please note that we want people on there testing during TQ's DT. it's good to have loads of people on there but it really isn't possible in anyway to get a mirror of tq onto sisi at this time. it will be possible after the hardware upgrade, which means (if everything goes well) sisi will be back online tomorrow with the TQ mirror

no update yet tbw.
as regards running your own server. the problem with that is to run the server you got to have all the server code which ccp can't really give out, it would be madness, madness i say !!!

basically we want sisi up 3 days ago for testing. we want the build 3906 testing as much as possible and the current problems which couldn't be avoided haven't helped us in any way

at the time of this post sisi is running build 3908. it seems stable. there is no reason why people can't connect. patch site is working and has the correct patches listed. i don't think we will see another patch on sisi this week or weekend, so should be able to get plenty of testing in the next few days and over the weekend.
closing this thread now, will start a cleaner thread over the next few days.
