I can only think of a few explanations:
1) I am personally unaware of any captchas on CCP's end. I would personally be worried about a virus which is hijacking your browser and inserting captchas for you to solve, which is then sent to a bot spamming a website which requires a captcha. This does sound a little farfetched, though.
2) Your account was at one time hijacked and used for spamming these forums (perhaps during the few months after Unholy Rage, where thousands of hijacked accounts were used to spam "Click this keylogger link to see my UI" and "Pornographic topic which is totally not a keylogger". If this happened, then CCP might have placed a captcha on your account to prevent it from spamming.
3) CCP, for some reason, doesn't like you.
4) Perhaps it's an account age related thing? |

They highjack my cell phone too? It just make sense. Still, could someone from the CCP web team look at that picture and tell me if they recognize that at all?

I'm going to guess that you accidental hit some key combo when posting the first time with that character, or at some time after resubbing that set that up. Some weird arcane script that CCP doesn't even know about.
Things like that have happened to me more than once on more than one forum over the years.
Can be a total pain in the ass to troubleshoot. You have my sympathies.
