Actually the game is about control, but life gets alot more enjoyable if you dont try to control everything. But maybe thats not what you're saying...
Anyway, vagabonds for 200 mill is expensive, but at least they are available now again.

funny, if I had a vaga bpo I would be cranking them out and selling to alliance mates cheap. it allows them to have more fun, and you get your "control".

Jenny, have you considered the NAGA stepstone scheme?
They use your BPO to manufacture and you get a big cut of the profit, no industrial skills or alts needed. I know they hold many BPOs for people in the same situation as you.

Think of it as export control. Vagabonds in general are much better than Cerberus. I have seen too many alliance mates die because of Vagabonds. Besides too many RA and friends are flying Vagabonds and I am annoyed that they dont like to fight properly. Think of it as my punishment to them. It is just my duty to restrict the sale of Vagabonds. Sorry that I am mean.
