I think IGÇÖm more forward to PvP relations. People manipulations my favorite skill. Advisory work is also one of the skills what I could use later on. If you could manipulate people, a lot of things attaching: market manipulations, corporation and alliances relations, war and peace matters etc. etc.

Iono... sometimes I feel like a teenager... but then I look at my bottle of Merlot next to me and think, "nahhhhh... late twenties is way better."

I would also make a terrible man slave. I pee on everything and wouldn't look good in a mankini.



It is a long road to get to this level of stuff. You would have to join and work your way up the ranks of an established organization (doesn't have to be "big," just "stable")... learning the in's and out's of it and earning people's confidence (or complete lack of it... depending on the type of corporation you join ).


A good example of this is me.
I started in my corporation as a green rookie and earned a reputation for throwing ****-fit frigates into hostile fire "just 'cause."
Years passed, I learned from my overlords, and began to humorously smacktalk various organizations that tried to push us around... which often resulted in war declarations... which made everyone happy (because there was more stuff to shoot!)... and now I am a Director and help resupply the corporation and alliance.

Hell yeah there is that. A couple of EVE famous people in EVE are / were known for their corporate leadership positions.

Issue will be that a new-ish player will likely not be accepted in such position due to the nature of EVE. It will take time to get to this point but there are things like HRM, Diplomats, Recruiters and other "Corp Management" related positions for people who earned the trust of the leaders and are willing and capable to take that on.

The skills you require for your alleged real life occupation require you to be familiar with how to write properly. Things like proper spelling, grammar and punctuation are an asset.

Thanks you all for the advices and some help, some of them was really good.

But, finally I found brave and nice CEO and corporation to start with. :)

It means that some of your thoughts not working here and some of my "thoughts" working here. Trust more to the newbies and I think game could be much interesting for all.

Let's see what happens next, don't close this topic yet, cause I'm still on trial and who knows what happens. I hope soon I will have full account.

Once you are on a real account, I hope you steal everything not nailed down at your current corp, burn everything you can't steal, and then post this same thread again looking for new friends.

Corp theft is a normal profession in EVE, and many people enjoy doing this.
So what he is doing is simply stating that he hopes you take that road, maybe because thats what he would do, or because it can be very amusing to see rage threads showing up once someone gets robbed.

Now some advice.

I have no idea what games you have played in the past, but in EVE you will find less females then males, and often when a female player goes out of their way to rub it in someones face that they are female it gets you a lot of negative attention, and people will look down on you for it because (luckily) most EVE players are old enough to not give you special treatment because you have..female parts.

So, if you end up having to find a new corp at some point, and if you want the corporations to respect you, avoid the whole "Im a girl! Look at me im pretty!"".
A good corporation would take you because you have the potential to be a good and valuable player, not because they have some weird fantasy that you might be willing to talk dirty on TS

You might have lucked out and found a corp that saw potential as you (without caring about gender) this time, but in general... Better safe then sorry.

Goof thing happens here, through this topic I made some connections also, which is good. I hope they also enjoy my company as well I'll enjoy their companies. :)

It's amusing how much people seem to read into posts. That interpretation, to me at least, seems a stretch. I don't care either way, though.

I've seen my share of "will TS with you for purplez" in other games, the only reason why EVE wasn't hit with this (at least not as blatantly as this) is simply not enough girls in the game.
