I'm not allowed to recruit for corps or alliances here (forum rules), but if you want to be hated and feared in EVE, eve mall me and I will help you get started on a career of backstabbing and skullduggery.

Sabriz means don't trust her either. Always make sure that it will be more fun for you to both kill/grief/steal from someone else than it will be for her to stab you in the back.
There are all kinds of corps run like real life organizations. Some corps/alliances are run in a militaristic fashion based on the experience of the many military vets therein. Others are run like a bank, others are run like a legal defense team.
Actually, you'll find Real world skills very useful here, but I do suggest you only apply them if you really consider them fun. Be prepared to undergo a proving period before anyone gives you any responsibility.
Also, just as we aren't supposed to recruit here, posting adds is also discouraged. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=topics&f=265 is the place to go for forum adds. There is also a recruitment channel in game. Thanks folks for your answer. But somehow, I coudn't post on Recruiting part of the forum.
This is the only place there I could post my offer to the corps.
I'll apreciate to the admins if they will move my post to the right place, and maybe help me or explain me why I coudn't even answer on any other forums, topics etc. I don't get it. :) I'm so bad girl as I Wanna Be! |

Oops, missed that you were a trial account. That would explain why you can't post in the other forums. Newbies that are full accounts have access to all the public forums....
Sorry, right now you will have to use the in-game function or the chat channel to advertise. It's usually hard to get a corp for a trial account, since people will suspect you of being a corporate spy or thief.
Corporate espionage is perfectly legal (not against the EULA) in Eve, and is actively practiced by many both to further their alliance/corp interests, for personal profit, or just to harvest tears. Use your feminine wiles to create an army of slavishly loyal neckbeards... then send them on... "quests"... to go forth and bring the message of their mistress to the cluster!
On a more serious note... while we can't recruit you here we can point you in the right direction. What is it that you want to do? PvE? If so, what kind? Missions, complexes, belt ratting, wormholes, Incursions etc. PvP? If so, what kind? Solo, small gang, large fleets, Black-ops, interdiction, suicide squads, etc. Industry and Finance? If so, which area? Mining, reprocessing, blueprint optimization, logistics, construction, trading, market manipulation, etc. Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective.

Ok. Now I got why I couldnGÇÖt post anywhere else except here... :) Even here I could post only every 5 minutes 1 post. :)
TO Iria Ahrens:
I'm not spy of any corp. I know only that couple of my friends playing or play before the game, but I even don't know their nicknames here. :) And it's not worth to even know their nicknames, as we are in 6 hours difference by time with them. :) I really don't know how to prove that IGÇÖm not the spy, but by my messages, I guess you could identify it. I donGÇÖt have any preferences at the moment to joint this or that corporation and even I donGÇÖt have any preferences to choose this or that career. :) IGÇÖm open minded to any suggestion.
TO ShahFluffers:
ItGÇÖs good idea to be a mistress and have men slaves. :) Thank you. Do you want to be one of them? My favorite? ;) Are you adult enough? ;)
As for the rest, I really donGÇÖt know.
I could try political career here? Is anything like this here? Or to be negotiator between corporations and alliances on different matters. Or lobby one corporation for some matter for another corporation or alliance.
Or to be a top manager, to try real life skills, but in game. :) Or develop some other skills. I think IGÇÖm more forward to PvP relations. People manipulations my favorite skill. Advisory work is also one of the skills what I could use later on. If you could manipulate people, a lot of things attaching: market manipulations, corporation and alliances relations, war and peace matters etc. etc.
Actually, both of you could write me on PM, and we could discuss it there, if you couldnGÇÖt recruit directly on forum. Or I could write you myself. But I donGÇÖt have much timeGǪ just 7 days left out of my trial.

You would have to join and work your way up the ranks of an established organization (doesn't have to be "big," just "stable")... learning the in's and out's of it and earning people's confidence (or complete lack of it... depending on the type of corporation you join ).
A good example of this is me. I started in my corporation as a green rookie and earned a reputation for throwing ****-fit frigates into hostile fire "just 'cause." Years passed, I learned from my overlords, and began to humorously smacktalk various organizations that tried to push us around... which often resulted in war declarations... which made everyone happy (because there was more stuff to shoot!)... and now I am a Director and help resupply the corporation and alliance.

Hell yeah there is that. A couple of EVE famous people in EVE are / were known for their corporate leadership positions.
Issue will be that a new-ish player will likely not be accepted in such position due to the nature of EVE. It will take time to get to this point but there are things like HRM, Diplomats, Recruiters and other "Corp Management" related positions for people who earned the trust of the leaders and are willing and capable to take that on.

I know that I'm not going to get into higher trusted positions just in one second. It's taking time.
But like in real time world - connections doing everything. :) If you are good friend, relatives or close person to any person who could decide something in this world, it's doesn't matter what kind of experience or trust you have from all people around the world, it's just matter of close connections. ;)
I think, in this game it's working the same rules. :) I'm so bad as I Wanna Be! |

Being on a trial account vying for leadership roles in corp makes you an automatic suspect whatever you might believe about yourself, no one else knows who you are.
Be prepared for reflexive hostility.
My suggestions would be:
1. Get off trial. No one trusts anyone, but people REALLY don't trust trial accounts.
2. Don't reveal your real world experience or qualifications unless asked.
3. Don't reveal your leadership aspirations unless asked.
Your rw corporate experience might do you some good, but remember that everything here in Eve is much more cutthroat. Corporate espionoge and assisinations are perfectly legal, there is no government intervention for "crimes" so the countermeasures for corporate spies is a bit more proactive Because you disdained all my counsel, and my reproof you ignoredGÇö I, in my turn, will laugh at your doom; will mock when terror overtakes you; -- Ultimate Griefer's Handbook |

Been hesitant to say something in this thread but since this thread was apparently one of the most popular topics on the EVE forums
I dont quite understand your response to Sabriz.
Corp theft is a normal profession in EVE, and many people enjoy doing this. So what he is doing is simply stating that he hopes you take that road, maybe because thats what he would do, or because it can be very amusing to see rage threads showing up once someone gets robbed.
Now some advice.
Im happy you found a corp, and im also sure you did the proper research before joining them. While the ways of doing so was not optimal (since recruiting is not allowed in this section of the forums) thats not my main concern. I have no idea what games you have played in the past, but in EVE you will find less females then males, and often when a female player goes out of their way to rub it in someones face that they are female it gets you a lot of negative attention, and people will look down on you for it because (luckily) most EVE players are old enough to not give you special treatment because you have..female parts.
So, if you end up having to find a new corp at some point, and if you want the corporations to respect you, avoid the whole "Im a girl! Look at me im pretty!"". A good corporation would take you because you have the potential to be a good and valuable player, not because they have some weird fantasy that you might be willing to talk dirty on TS
You might have lucked out and found a corp that saw potential as you (without caring about gender) this time, but in general... Better safe then sorry.

It's a sad state of affairs that women are generally underestimated by a lot of gamers. It's why I (male IRL) picked an unremarkable-looking female avatar.
It does, however, give you the opportunity to teach someone a valuable lesson by robbing them blind after they think "oh, she's just a girl, she's harmless".
Then, not only do you put some mysoginist in their place, you also get to steal lots of stuff. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=326497 --áPsychotic Monk for CSM! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=238931 - an idea for a new form of hybrid PVE/PVP content. But, finally I found brave and nice CEO and corporation to start with. :)
It means that some of your thoughts not working here and some of my "thoughts" working here. Trust more to the newbies and I think game could be much interesting for all.
Let's see what happens next, don't close this topic yet, cause I'm still on trial and who knows what happens. I hope soon I will have full account. Once you are on a real account, I hope you steal everything not nailed down at your current corp, burn everything you can't steal, and then post this same thread again looking for new friends. Have fun in EVE. Are you girl? :) Why you so agressive? How old are you? Been hesitant to say something in this thread but since this thread was apparently one of the most popular topics on the EVE forums I dont quite understand your response to Sabriz. A good corporation would take you because you have the potential to be a good and valuable player, not because they have some weird fantasy that you might be willing to talk dirty on TS You might have lucked out and found a corp that saw potential as you (without caring about gender) this time, but in general... Better safe then sorry.

Guys this is not a scam. She is basically an ingame erm, exotic dancer, selling her virtual services. You will get what you'll pay for, which is probably some sexytalk on TS/Mumble. Both sides of the contract will be happy.
At the beginning I was frowning upon OP's blatant "I'm a girl on ur face", but apparently it works (boys being boys), and it will at least spice up Jita local (or wherever her HQ will be)
Good luck with your.... carreer, OP. |

ERM = someone who does Erotic Roleplay in a game TS = TeamSpeak - a voice server / channel players use to talk to each other because it is often better than the in-game voice tools games have. Mumble = same type of thing OP = Original Post / Original Poster

I've seen my share of "will TS with you for purplez" in other games, the only reason why EVE wasn't hit with this (at least not as blatantly as this) is simply not enough girls in the game.

I know a guy who pulled it off with a voice modulator program, so its not just genuine women who can pull this scam (the desperateness of some people adds extra blinkers for the sly). |

Well, sorry for beeing an ******* but nobody gives a flying f*ck if you are a chick or not or if you are blond or not.
And whoever does and recruits you just for that reason deserves to be ripped off.
on a side note... it takes less than 5 minutes to create a character and pretend to be a girl.
Its a well known scamming tactic which sadly (or amusingly) works on a lot of nerds.
I did myself, as stated in my earlier post.
If you keep going with your " I am a little innocent blond girl that just wants to make friends and be a little flirty" - bullshit . nobody will really trust you.
Its just a to obvious way to get attention. Altough... Attention whoring could indicate that you are truly female...
If you are still on trial I suggest that you make a new character unrelated to your current one. Finish trial and try to find a quality group that does not recruit you because you have boobs (manboobs dont count).
Trust me... You will enjoy EVE more with the right corp.
Also... Welcome to EVE.

You make me lough all day! :)
Why you all think that I've been taken into some corporation only, because of I'm woman or because of my boobs, or any other parts of me? :)))
I guess only "teenagers" could imagine something like this out of my topic or any of my posts here. :)
Did I offer sexy chats to anyone? No!
But I offer my brains in perspective to the ingame CEOs. :)
And actually I receive some numbers of offers to joint corps. So, after talking with one I decide to joint it.
But how what you think will attract more atention to me? The business like standard cover letter without any ambitions and emotions - I'm the newbie here, please take me to your corp? :) I don't think so. Attraction in interesting way someone attention is way interesting and funny way. You could see it yourself here how it's work. :) Learn basics of PR managment, before trolling me. ;)
And how you couldn't see by all my posts here that in really new in EVE. It's looking strange from mature players.
And why not joking and flirting with someone? :)
I just realizing more and more that my posts or articles getting popular quite fast.
One more thing that I discover. If anyone, me also, want to be honest, nobody believes, but if I'll lie, everyone trust. :))) I'm so bad as I Wanna Be! |
