thats all at the moment just need to be close to where it will be happening to set jump clone and parts , ships and anything else i need and i take it utc is eve time?
Highsec will be against NPCs unless they set everyone suspect again (please!). If you want PvP, come to the lowsec one in a clean clone (no expensive implants) and just shoot whoever you want. Educate yourself about gate guns and aggression mechanics.
Or join RvB in the interim.
