considering the history of the stupid base low IQ Amarr and their ruthless supression of the Matari, EVE should be changed to allow pure open warfare (non Concord punishable) between *all* Matari .vs Amarr pilots.
In Jita, in Rens, and everwhere in EVE, Matari pilots should be free to destroy useless Amarr scum at will. Amarr should be allowed to engage Matari as well, but we all know it would be infrequent for the little yellow Amarr to do so.
It should be a permanent racial wardec.

i am not clear yet on exactly what faction warfare entails.
what i am talking about is an eternal racial wardec. wherever, whenever i see a pitiful yellow Amarr, i should be able to engage at will regardless of empire security level. even my own corp mates. if a stupid amarr corp mate says something stupid (the fact he/she is Amarr guarantees it), pop-goes-the-weasel.
at the very least, Matari and Amarr empire space should allow this, and they could leave Caldari and Gallente space as places for the stupid Amarr to hide out in, as surely they would.
from EVE lore, i find it hard to understand why this is not allowed, although i could forsee it being a moderately difficult game mechanic for CCP to implement.
you'd see a lot less peeps rolling pathetic yellow Amarr if this was the case.

Because they're NOT AT WAR. They were at war, and negotiated a peace treaty, which is still - just about - holding.

faction war in Kali will be volentary though, you could never really have a true open war or else the griefers would exploit it and just sit in the starter systems and pop new players in their newb ships for some kinda kill points.

Tell that to the Matari government, then. They're the ones who will decide whether or not to declare war.
Oh, wait. This is a game, not real life. What the Matari government does is determined by how CCP want the storyline to go.

How would that work though? People stay in empire because it's safe - they try to get away from the pirating and warfare. At least I do. Always having to look over my shoulder, especially in previous safe zones would be a pain in the butt.

I think I speak for many pilots when I say that the genocidal insanity of many Amarr and Matari has gone too far. Many members of those races have no interest in this bloodshed and simply want to continue their lives under Concord protection.

What a sec. Matari goes to war with Amarr (or even Caldari as recent events seem to lean towards) or vis versa WTF it got to do with Concord?
Concord is losing respect. They're slack or corrupt or both. It's become its own entity and I believe will abandon it's policing duties for the four empires in favor of being its own atonomous power eventually.
Matari does not answear to Concord, by no means.
