A person more suited to EVE PvP would have said "Good Fight, I'll be back with some buddies or some kind of ship fit that can solo you all and we'll see how well you camp".

Try to enter by a less travelled route, and check the map for ship kills first. Low sec isn't that scary and full of gankers. Just avoid the chocke points.

There are certain systems known for them, especially where they have a busy highsec entry point. I occasionally get caught and it wakes me up out of complacency because after not seeing a gate camp for a few weeks, its easy to get a little lazy. Since Tama is only a few jumps from Jita, you should expect its HS gate to be camped though i generally find it ok to move through fairly freely. Don't be pissed off about it though. Its just a T1 frigate and the loss was totally avoidable, especially if the camp had been operating for a while. Just accept that the loss was your own fault and next time you enter lowsec, use a ldifferent gate, or be more careful at the Tama gate. . -á<- Argue this, not this ->-á( -í-¦ -£-û -í-¦)

They don't believe me, I say it's nothing special, many of my corp/alliance mates and fellow militiamen have many more (solo kills), go check eve-kill. They say 'hey congrats you guys are good!' and then try to recruit me! I say 'lol, no thanks', remind myself why it's a bad idea to solo roam on Saturday evenings in popular systems, log out and go play with my wife instead.

Funny though that miners are these horrible carebears who are the wellspring from which all evil in Eve flows and yet the people brainlessly sitting on gates all day are righteous leet PVPers whose gameplay CCP must worship and coddle to no end. It's evidence that mining must be a little more interesting than gate camping because there are less miners in here lobbying for more rocks asking for CCP to send more rocks into their mining lasers. OP, use a stabbed interceptor if you want to roam and if you are just trying to get A to B, don't stop en-route and you'll get through the systems faster than they can position a disco BS. Bring back DEEEEP Space!
