The idea I was kicking around is not a POS tower like everyone normally thinks of. It doesn't have a big defense shield that protects structures, its just a small mobile structure that has a power grid and cpu output. The idea is to set one up in a belt and be able to have a few defense guns setup in the belt.
They could be for self or corp deployment, and you could change the standings it will attack so they are not attacking friendlies.
You could put a system standing level on them say .4 so you cant put them in low, nul, or wormhole space.
You would also have to put a limit on how many you could put in a single system and how far you could deploy them from other anchored structures. Don't want people to think this is a tool to camp gates, stations or other pos's with. Its a tool to assist miners in dangerous places.
But once the mobile power unit is blown up all structures that the power plant is powering un-anchors and off lines. so then can be scooped up by the attackers.

Your idea is bad, and you should feel bad.
EVE has already gotten way too 'easy mode' these last few years and crap ideas like this aren't helping.

For posting an idea into F&I:
come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it.....

Only if the following things can be done:-
1. A T2 large bubble can fit all the way round it
2. No re-enforce timer on the mini POS
