I'm keeping the maximum transfers small at first, so I can see how things go. If you really do want to drop billions of Eve isk on some Dust isk, I may be able to accommodate you via judicious use of corp wallets. HOW IT WORKS If this is your first time, message me from the character you'll be sending money from, telling me which character in the other game to send to (for security reasons) Send an agreed-on sum of isk to me (eve isk goes to my Eve character, Dust isk goes to my Dust character) Message me (preferably my Eve character) just in case I transfer the agreed-on sum of isk in the other game. The current ratio of Dust->Eve is exceptionally fluid, so the best way to do it is to throw some rates out there and find out. I'll offer a series of dust->eve transactions. They're on a first come first served basis, in order of posting on this thread. They start off bad, then get worse, until eventually we reach the right price. Each time the Dust->Eve rate changes, the Eve->Dust rate will change appropriately, and eventually we'll reach the right price in that direction too. For Dust->Eve rates, see this forum thread. Eve->Dust rates are still on hold for the next day or two, after which the exchange rate is likely to change in the buyer's favour.
