Ahoy,
I have been following the MD forums for quite a while, so I am hoping this post will have all the required information. Given the nature of EVE forum-goers to troll, I simply ask that if you troll you must provide a helpful tip so I can adjust my proposal.
Firstly, yes this is has no collateral. 415m ISK may seem like quite a bit for a first time loan. If this is the case, I can either provide partial collateral (I have an Absolution?) or potentially lower the initial amount. A third option could be selling my Absolution and asking for a lower initial amount. I am willing to go this route if I need, though I would prefer the partial collateral method as it's T2 rigged and repackaging would eat 40m in rigs. Either way, it's not your problem to solve, it will be mine.
What:
I would like a loan of 415m ISK for using this toon's skills to construct ships which will be moved and sold. The breakdown is that ISK will go into initial supplies to continue constructing Prophecies and Stabbers/Mallers and EANM II's. Blueprints are already provided for and not included in the cost.
Initial investment (or multiple) will be 415m ISK. Upon reaching 22:00 EvE time on day 30, investors will receive their initial investment +10%. If only 1 investor, 456.5m ISK will be given.
API can be provided, though only to the most serious contender.
Suggestions or modifications to this are not only welcome but would be wanted |

This loan is filled and running! Sorry for the slow update to the title. Investor Joe hasn't yet responded whether he would like incremental payments or a lump sum.
It's going well so far, sales has been relatively quick so that's a lovely sign to kick it off.
Payment will be returned May 17th, unless otherwise stated on an incremental payment. |

Loan ISK repayed, awaiting Investor Joe's confirmation.
415m ISK with 10% interest at 456.5m.
Edit: Forgot to add the 500k isk at the end of 456m. Correct amount is 456.5m ISK. |
