Suffice to say, the impeding official statement should open the doors towards better relations, hopefully. |

I'll step up and say that it was a good fight and we did indeed lose the station. I personally defended the station for 8 hours straight but in the end we lost due to a lack of american timezone fighters. Nice tactics by the FLA fleet (although I think that BE were in charge)... Very annoying but very effective.
Smack free too... well done to all involved

Edited by: Ozzie Asrail on 16/05/2006 09:15:13 I'd hardly say FLA were heavily outnumbered and certainly not outgunned... I was there from dt till about 12-1am and the gang sizes were pretty equal - very equal in terms of bs most of the time. Shame we couldnt get you tied down, it would have been a good fight.
I dont know why it would be a nfc alt, i'm proud of the guys (and girls) that helped defend that station non-stop. You know who you are...

Masta are you on a holy mission to bring smacktalk to every thread you set your eyes upon? ______________ This is an alt for the Ascendant Frontier. It is protecting the identity of his main from questionable alliance rules that encourage lameness and alt abuse. Threat level: F5, F5, F5... |

The FLA is one of the oldest alliances in the game. As such, it's leadership and core membership have learned to work together in a way that has proved to make us a very effective fighting force against superior numbers.
Add to this the fact that over time we have built strong and lasting relationships with our friends and allies who have learned we can be trusted to do mean what we say and carry it out.
The current NFC on the other hand, whilst being able to boast some excellent pilots, are still a very new alliance, born of necessity due to deciet and greed. They have not yet learned the co-ordination and skills etc that are needed to successfully operate in their chosen role.
I have difficulty therefore in understanding why a great alliance like D2 have chosen to back the weakest link in Deklien
Sure, you may help them to push us out tomorrow, but we will be back the next day, and the next, and the next. You get the picture.
Does D2 really WANT to be constantly begged by NFC to intervene in what to them must be just another backyard squabble?
If genuine security in the north is the goal, this is NOT the way to achieve it

Well, I'm from Finland and I were shooting the station/NFC at least five hours from 00:00 AM to 05:00 AM (EVE-time +3 hours) and I was not the only one. Although this is only a game, you can still make sacrifices and if you feel you're a part of something it won't even hurt. And I'm definitely proud of being part of such a great bunch of people as FLA.
Over and Out, thank you.

Whehe I think D2 doesn't give a .... They might just kill all your sorry little ar... NFC or FLA, if ya'll don't stop causing trouble in their backyard.
And as far as i can see it's FLA causing the problem now, cause you can also just negotiate a deal where you just get your stuff out of the stations and leave. But you rather cause problems, Taking 3JN by force was not the smartest move. shows your real intentions tbh.
Don't come crying to the forums everytime cause people want you gone from a region. It's getting old. |

Obviously posted by someone who knows squat about what they're talking about. FLA are here. Will remain here. Everyone knows our intentions troll. We want peace. And to build the market. We took the station to give ourselves a base. It can be handed back when a peace has been forged.
We will not leave, because we are not really under that much pressure. We are a very old alliance, and have the coffers to keep this going until someone sees that we just want to build and sell. Until then, this is fun, but not our main aim in EVE.

All we in D2 can say is this: We would still like a peaceful resolve to be met by both parties, but in the end (given our past history with some Ex-Iron Corps and the involvement of Burn Stabben and Co. on FLA's sides) we stand closer to NFC in this. --------------------------------

TBH, you would have done the same thing if you were in our shoes. We made it perfectly clear we would leave Dek and the North if this gets resolved peacefully.

Choose your friends wisley watch who you pick as your friends because the way i see it you standing by them will only prompt action from my forces to target you next.
If you want to re-asess your stance on this i would suggest you contact me ASAP before NFC is removed from this area.
