Solo all level 4's? Yes or no.... I can T2 fit a Domi w/ all equipment, including drones except the 250 rails in the highs.
But I have seen some people say level 4's are doable with support. I wasn't planning on bringing help.  |

I can't speak for a Domi, but it should be possible to solo all level 4s with good skills, appropriate fittings and, for the harder missions, tactical target choices to allow you to flee and warp out if need be.
This is coming from a raven pilot, though...
Having said that, I've been fairly lucky with mission offers and have yet to try any of the fabled mega-uber-hard ones...

Defense really isn't an issue with a well-equipped Domi, but if you have no Tech 2 weapons or drones... it may be difficult to break the tanks on certain battleships.

Well, I'll have t2 heavies..just not t2 rails. Lows would be the standard dual t2 repper & 4 hardeners.

My Large Armor Repairer IIs are what save my tank on some of those... I'd concentrate on those before T2 heavies.
I can break BSes with T1 heavies and sentries just fine.

In a Apoc ,you can`t solo all lev4 missions .Most of the time i need to warp in and out also ,refit the whole BS to kill lets say mammoth or faraken .But congrats with your domi 60 mill it cost ,apoc 100mill only med drones ,the last patch took the heavies from the apoc also.O yeah can`t do caldari cosmos in a maller ,those guritas loves the beam .Caldari can easy do amarr cosmos .And so on this balanced game .

Hehe, Apoc missioners envy the Domi, the Domi missioners envy... the Raven?
Tbh, I fly a Domi and refuse some L4s, Zazz, Worlds Collide, etc.
I've done the Extravaganzas, however.

I solo almost all (not enemies abound V) in a tanked domi. I normally find no problems. My normal setup is below.
highs
5 or 6 250TII (need a couple of large smarties for enemies abound missions)
1 or 0 drone nav link
mids
3 cap II
1 heavy electrochemical booster (800s)
1 100MN AB2
lows
2 LAR (just got a centus one now but overkill IMO)
4 hardeners, or 3 and a 1600 plate
1 cap power relay

I probably soloed about 50 level 4 kill missions with my Domi so far, including some that are considered harder then usual like Zazz, TC, AngelE, IMoD, WC and so on. I love my Domi. :)
I have 3million SPs, heavily focused on tanking (800k) and drones (1.1m).
My layout rarely changes aside from the hardeners, but I sometimes switch in a Large named SB to speed things up.
Highs:
2 heavy nos or 1 SB + 1 heavy nos
2 med nos
Drone Link
tractor beam
Med:
Heavy Cap Booster with 800 charges
4x T2 Cap Rechargers
Low:
2x T2 LARs with implant support
4x Active T2 hardeners
1x DC
Drones:
Sentry+Heavy+Light = all T1
Observations:
1. Get your tank maxed. Resists are paramount since on hard missions the two T2 LARs will often not hold even if ran full time.
2. T1 heavy/sentry drones will kill any BS you will encounter without any gun support assuming you have at least 1million SPs in drones. Until I see a tank I cant break with T1s I wont go for T2 heavies.

Heres my setup, i kill things so fast i need four tractor beams 
High:
4x Tractor Beams
Mid:
4x T2 Cap Rechargers
1x Stasis Web
Low:
2x 22% Energized Adaptive Nanos
2x T2 Large Armor Reps
3x Cap Power Relay
With that setup i have 75% EM, 45% EXPLO, & 60% for KIN & THERM resistances.
I can run the armor reps constantly.
For offense i use T2 Ogres with Drone Interfacing at LVL5, Gallente Drone Spec at LVL4 and Gallente BS at LVL4. They munch on any ship in no time. I use T2 Hobgoblins with the Web for fast moving frigates.
I'll probably swap the tractor beams for guns when i actually have gunnery skills. Right now i have no gunnery skills

Only ones i have trouble in my domi is WC (drones agro ALOT of baddies  ) Zazz is a REAL pain but do-able, and from the sounds of it enemies abound (if thats the series i think it is i just skip since its a waste of time).

Domi is THE king of the wave missions, just get the initial agro then get some sleep while the drones kill all the waves  . Or fit a tractor beam on and scoop loot while you wait hehe

O.k i`m doing solo angel-extra ,but did fit projectiel guns ,the don`t use cap and i can shoot with explosive.
Only the tracking isn`t that good ,need to use tracking comp.
But i still did warp-out 3 times in the first stage.Biggest problem with those guns is ,they don`t sell lots of those ammo in amarr space.

Yes you can I solo them all including enemies abound 5/5 really its about correct tanking and equiping for the missions (of course this means you may have lost a few).
Get your tank wrong and you can do some but not the hard ones.

There is only 1 I have yet to attempt solo, that is "angel's ex" lvl 4 in dominix. I get bored on long missions so I also dont bother with "G Ex" and don't do "enemies abound" because, well -4.23 standing is low enough for me.

This is Guristas Agent Mission. Even the L1 Gurista Pirate mission need HAC or BS to be done. (Assuming you are in 0.0 too).
Not bad for the Cerberus there :D Hitting the CNR for 200.5 per missile.
