As to the racial slurs, if you tyhink it violates some part of the EULA you are free to petition them, I have never seen anyone type them in to lcal so I wouldn't know, if you have the chat log saved I suggest you do something constructive about it instead of playing politics.

Never read the EULA, so I have no idea if using the "N" word violates it. Honestly don't know where the chat logs are, could you put that info in the card on the next Teddy.

And you used the exact same "hey he was at X place, the passers by where obviously going to shoot him" which is a kind of half assed excuse really.
Do I know this for a fact ? yes... you broke a 1 on 1 against my Prophecy in Syndicate when you where in your lil retribution. ok an unfair fight but you agreed to it  DK Shadow and some other legion guy then warped in on me when you realised you where dead. And im afraid when at a planet that had been stated in local for the fight DK Shadows (we where just passing through system, you are neutral) doesn't quite cut it...  Most people dont travel via planets in a system where the firthest gate is 11Au or so

yeah thats waas silly of me to fight in my retrib, no I don't mind that I died, I don't really care tbh.
I've fought plenty of 1 v 1's honorably, but I've honesly stopped caring at all about how people feel about my actions. If you don't like what I do well fine. People are free to hunt me nearly 24/7 as I pretty much live in 00. I've been ganked plenty of times, podded at least as many times as my bio indicates (might be missing one or two) and well I'm happy :-D
No such thing as bad press...

LOL...this explains the bull I saw in local when I got back from getting the kids down. Justin was pretending to be just passing through and bantering with Henker in local. Made some comments like he wasn't in gang with him, which I new wasn't the case because I had seen him flying with them earlier in Gondista. This is what tipped me off that they wouldn't honor the 1v1 and why I swapped all the officer mods for t2 and named before I took him up on it.
So like the earlier poster said Justin and ASS pirate corp is old enough to know what reputation is worth, but appearnetly not old enough to value it.

Well thanks for admitting you dishonor 1 v 1s, that was really the whole point of the thread. I wanted others to benefit from my experience with our corps. Could careless about the ship, and I always applaud a good gank, whether I am the ganker or gankie. But was a bit curious as to the attitudes of your and other corps as to the ediquitte of honoring 1 v 1s. Was the first one I was ever involved in, well almost, since it ended up being a gank and not an actual 1 v 1.

My honour in game means more to me than your opinion frankly....
Yes it is a game, we all choose to play different ways. I value my honour in game as more chance of the locals paying my ransoms Hence its important to me.
And I think you'l find a LOT of corps frown upon disshonouring 1on1's.

OMG!!! Firstly Mil has admitted that he lied about they guy saying it was a 1v1, secondly he lied about us and ASS smaking (as it was A member of the HUFF alliance), thirdly he lied about us asking BoB for help (I suppose it was a stab in the dark that went wrong) Fourthly he lied about racial slurs (obviously another plot to get more ppl to feel sorry for him) and then he goes back to mentioning the 1v1 thing after saying it wasn't.....'phew' All this from a gate camper, pirate and ganker!!!!

1) Where did I admit to lying about the 1v1? Please quote the post.
2) The covert ops pilot in the (I would say your, but I never saw you in local) gang started the smack in Shirshocin local, we never typed a word in local until Amokk started. I have no idea what Huff member you are referring to, never saw one in local.
3) Dude, learn to read, it was another pilot mentioning the Bob local chat, I just commented on why it was funny. Never said you mentioned Bob to me. Reading FTW!!!!
4) Your pilot did use the "n" word. Right after Phuze mentioned about me living in Chicago, which I take it she remembered me revealing in another thread. The pilot in ASS (whom I admit I can't recall his name at the momment, he was the guy that logged in after you all ran from the yehabba gate and docked) think his name started with a K, said something to the effect that Chicago was where all the "N-word slur here" live or some such. To be fair, it wasn't Henker, and Phuze did if I recall chastise him for it.
5) No I said it was agreed as a 1v1, but was in actualaty a dishonored 1v1 turned into a gank. When I said it wasn't a 1v1 I meant that the actual fight wasn't, not that it wasn't supposed to be one. Once again reading FTW!!!
And let's be clear about something, I make no moral judgements about ganking, smacking or dishonoring 1v1s. If that is how you choose to play the game fine. It is fair enough in my eyes. I just wanted other players like myself that choose to honor such things to know that you do not. Well at least not under certian circumstances like "we are mad at you", or "Phuze is having a bad day" or "we are losing the 1v1" or "Justin Cody is passing through system" etc.
I am many dispicable things (pirate, scallywag, tramp, and potty mouth), but liar and hypocrite aren't aren't amoung them.

and they aren't afraid or ashamed to use false 1v1s to get their peice. If you don't believe me just ask Justin, he seems to have come clean a few posts up.
I think I am starting to understand why you guys aren't if Huff anymore. I am pretty sure they wouldn't tolorate those types of tactics, even as ebil as they are.

If you ask for a 1vs1, and the opponent DOESN'T say something along the lines of 'Yes, I accept your challenge to single combat, meet me at planet V' then you should assume he DOESN'T accept the duel.

No one bothers with 1 v 1's. Their there to be dishonoured. I dont engage in them because I know someone wont want to lose their ship, and will call in friends.
May as well just find them when their on their own and kick their ass.
