Dont take up the ASS pilot or anyone else directly involved up on a 1 vs 1 again thats all you can do here. We don't claim to be knights in shining armour. Quite the opposite APENT are a pirate corp and therefore questions of honour are irrelevant.
As for the ransom question well I don't personally ransom. I prefer to get my isk from NPC hunting and selling loot from ships I destroy. I prefer to see ships go pop than get s few isk.
Finally someone who tells it like it is. As I state previously, I make no moral judgement on dishonoring a 1v1. And I will be the last person to ***** about a gank. What upset me was that they faked and dishonored a 1v1 and then didn't have the guts to just say that was what they had intended all along. Instead wasting valuable disk space denying they ever made the agreement and trying to convince me and others that it was just a miscommunication.
To tell the truth with their adament denials as to ever stating that he said 1v1, I was beginning to question my own recolection at 1am after a few beers. Thought maybe I had either read into something he said or just assumed that was what he meant. But the chatlogs showed conclusively that he asked for a 1v1 verbatium, stated how I would know he was ready for it and then fulfilled that condition.
One good thing to come out of it, besides letting the community know where APENT and ASS stand on honoring 1v1s, is that I learned a lot about the Game and Chat logs.

What he said was he would evemail me next time he was in Kamih for the 1v1. He didn't say he would retype the words 1v1 in that evemail. I and any reasonable person would take the above statement to mean that he would evemail me next time he was in Kamih as a way of alerting me to the fact that he was there and ready for the promised 1v1. The reason he made the offer to send the evemail was because I had told him that I am afk a lot in Kamih and he wanted to give me a clear indication when I returned from afk that he was there and ready, so that it didn't get lost up at the top of local chat.
Now you can continue to grasp at straws, but Lachenker and I had no miscommunication, it was clear to both what was being communicated, within the context and letter of our correspondence. I can not speak to what he told you about them or how he communicated it to you, thus I will grant you the benefit of the doubt that you may not have reaslised what he talked you into.

Well I will have something that has to be proven if anyone hasnt noticed already but I can say that it is plain and clear to what is really going on here and has been going on for sometime now, and its finaly coming to a head.
First off How many of you so called Eve players have seen time and and time again threads get locked by the so called ISD or shall we say the Eve forum police for something CCP claims is against the community rules.
Then you have a thread like this one where someone gets killed then not only does he continue to flamebait but he goes on and posts chatlogs, the real question is why hasnt the chatlogs been removed or the thread locked or cleaned up as the ISD would say. Surely ISD isnt asleep at the wheel?
Nah it just goes to show that CCP favoritism strikes once again. If anyone from the community hasnt noticed yet then you all truly are decieved. Tons and tons of post everyday on people screaming " CCP get rid of the Macro Miners" CCP stop this CCP stop that CCP fix the servers the list goes on and on and never ending.
Then you have the numerous closed threads by the ISD cause someone posted a killmail of some sort but like I said why is it this thread remains open when it is clearly against the what the Eve forum police rules.
You ask what am I getting at? Although the game may be good the staff sucks is probly by far the most guilty.
Thats why I could careless what CCP thinks , Untill CCP realy decides to stop playing both sides of the fence and cleans up thier act there is nothing that they can be done.
Example: So CCP thinks ok this person is a problem we will ban his account, ok then the guy whos account got banned goes to his wallet with a debit card that he uses from one of those pre paid fake credit cards and logs onto Ebay or any other of the numerous isk and account selling sites and spends 3 minutes of his time and buys a new account BAM! guess what the guy that CCP thinks is gone is now back in business and probly with a better character he had the last time.
Yeah Yeah I know then you have the CCP brown nosers or the ones that run around the forums thinking that by kissing the ISD's rear they will be able to get some sort of special treatment. They come on here acting like they know everything and are some sort of MIT graduate nd will tell you : Oh wait a minute CCP can ban your ISP or even your MAC address " Good Luck :) wont happen and isnt the answer either.
My point is clear and simple just as CCP is in it for the money thier are plenty of individuals in the game as well as other MMO's that are in it for the money as well the only thing that I find funny is that the people that are in the game to make money are way ahead of the the company who created the game in the first place.
They basicly take a game that someone spent hours and alot of money making and in the end make more money then the dam developers do themselves.
So with all that being said, While everyone is worried about what the next BoB Alliance is doing or who has all the tech 2 bpos thier or who is using racial slurs in local chat, thier is someone buying a new car this month that CCP bought them this month from all the isk selling and account selling profits they made thanks to CCP.
Thank God for crooked game developers.

Is posting a chatlog against forum rules? I thought that only applied to killmails. If it is then by all means delete them and lock the thread, they have already made the point and caused the parties involved to finally admit that they did in fact say what I said they did.
