Tuang Pao	Posted - 2006.05.17 11:56:00 - [18] When I lived in that area a month ago the Xelas Alliance had a contested claim to YZ-LQL. Supposedly Band of Brothers supported this claim. The Fountain Alliance was the chief competitor for this system. YZ-LQL has one of the few cloning facilities in that constellation, consequently it has strategic value to anyone who wants to maintain presence there. It also has a direct connection to A-1CON, which is a chokepoint to the backwater systems beyond. Xelas defended YZ-LQL and A-1CON enthusiastically for these reasons.

A while back, when ATUK were originally invading and kicking FA out of Fountain, FA whined so much on the map thread that the mods locked the thread and refused to re-open it for a while. Thankfully, the eve community now moderate the map thread almost as well as the mods do by refuting stupid claims and generally talking a fair bit of sense in there. Xelas own serp station in A-1 though for what its worth... d solo. not everyone has what it takes to be a member of celes, do you?. join here.
