Our corp is pretty strong due to slow and steady growth but is looking to expand further to promote more activities. What we are? -> PvP corp. -> 0.0 based. -> Communistic/Socialistic corp. Corp will give you what you give to corp. -> Emphasise on teamwork between members and alliance. -> Must like good side and bad side of alliances. PvP when there is PvP, NPCing or something otherwise. We look for interested members who are: 1. Work together as a team. 2. Able to operate near vicinity of corporate HQ, 10 to 15 mins response time. 3. Able to spend at least 50% of time to do mandatory corp. activities. 4. Free-form playing unless (3) dictates so. 5. Patient, tolerant, understanding and reasonable i.e. adult-like behaviour. 6. Should be 70% combatists and 30% industrialists. Furthest is 50%-50%. 7. More than 2 months old or at least 2M skill points. We will mould you after then. 8. We do NOT pirate people unless they are war targets or somehow not blue in 0.0 space. 9. We allow privateering near our area of jurisdiction. 10. Must like alliance lifestyle. Small, mid and blob warfare. Fast lane and slow lane lifestyles. Not always we get targets all the time unless it is at the start of war. If you have the above qualities then we would like to recruit: 1. Battleships pilots 2. Cov-op pilots 3. Loot All loot named (you can keep a couple), or whatever will be donated to corp, except that Domination thing, you can have/sell them for yourself, unless you are feeling rather generous. However, when you get multiple named items, e.g. 5x Eutectics Caps, feel free to donate at a few after your desired quantity. Afterall, what goes around, comes around. We do recycle stuffs occasionally so we can make things for members. Hangars Access depending on Rank. However, all needs can be satisfied when you ask an Armoury personnel for stuffs that you need. Rank Informant E1 -> Operative E2 -> Analyst E3 -> Coordinator E4-> Overseer O1 Works for now. Corp fees, Rank level x 5M per week. ISKs will be used to run corp for members. Informant is the Basic rank, all new pilots becomes this automatically. AT LEAST 1 MONTH When we find it suitable he will be promoted to Operative. After a while he might become senior member, or Analyst. Coordinator is for Directors, Industrial Coordinator etc. etc. Overseer, guess that is me. Funding We take one month at a time. We use 1/4 of the month to earn isk, that is around 1 week every month. For each month we will make a mining quota that will say how much we need to mine, after the quota is filled the rest of the time left is used to get our members the isk they needed. So the faster the quota is filled the more time left for personal profit. Corp will use this isk to get ships to our members. Frigates and Cruisers will be free while anything higher then the 10m mark in ship will have to be paid for. You pay 100% of the ship insurance to corp, corp will corp insure it so when you die it returns back to corp. 33m for an apoc and when you die corp gets 105m. Bounties Bounties will be paid at end of war based on kill mails. Any Member appearing in the kill mail will be entitled to this bounty. Frigates = 100k Elite Frigates = 200k Cruisers = 400k Elite Cruisers = 800k BattleCruisers = 800k Battleships = 1M Freighters = 5M Dreadnought = 10M Will come when our Killboard is done, [URL=http://www.iskrem.net/killboard/]http://www.iskrem.net/killboard/[/URL] Policies and General rules Hoarding of hangars is not allowed. You either use the equipment or place it back where you found it. Hoarding of hangars will lead to 1 warning and then a kick. Miss use of corp assets leads to warning then a kick. Recruitment, no recruiting of pure industrialist, max is 50/50 at best (where it has to be at least 50% of combat). As a member your required to follow your leaders. We are as one and we do as one. No more doing your own thing 20j away from the rest of us, if we do it we do it together. Last thoughts NOINT is only a place to be if you are thinking of a long term gain because all the corp structure/hierarchy are based on long term goals with a vision. The vision, is to PvP without having to worry too much about your wallet, i.e. to be less dependent on your personal wallet. Feel free to pop as many Merlins that you want to. Other times can be on longer but during the daytime, though sometimes nights for a few hours, unless theres a game on and the mates are buyin the beer then I can get on afterwards but am really not much use. Bah nevermind, free bump anyways.

We are part of a really nice alliance with great 0.0 property and awesome pvpers to learn from. PVP experiences range from 150 person fleets with capital ships to small raiding gang action ( sometimes also with capital ships 0_0 ). The US time-zone play has been heating up nicely in the last month or so.
