I bet there are a lot more EVE pilots near you than you realize.
P.S.
I have no affiliation to this site or person who made it at all...but it is soo cool I had to make a new post to get you all over there to add yourselves.

Nice idea, badly executed. I jsut spent 10 minutes trying to zoom in on myself after adding myself so that I could see people in my area and it kept resetting to the middle of goddamn america and moving around when people were chatting. :/

I think you have to check off chat sound and pop-ups right below the chatting window so you don't recenter on the person speaking.

Just dont click the show more marker options when zoomed out, thats what will lag badly.
