Locked. While this might be Eve related, the forums are not an advertisement board.
I would also advise you to get in touch with CCP via support ticket as this project may run into intellectual property rights issues. If CCP decide to endorse it, they can also override my lock at a later time, but until then, no advertising here.
Edit: just saw the comment about having already talked to CCP about IP rights. Never mind. Advertising RL products for RL money is still not allowed though.

CCP do not have 24/7 availability to ISD pestering them. We do have direct lines of communication, but things can take time. Policy in these cases is, if it breaks the letter of the forum rules but is an odd case, lock first and ask questions later. It just ends up in more consistent and objective behavior across the board. I promise it's not because we're power-mad draconian bad people.
In this case, CCP Eterne's response was super-fast, and that's good; no reason to snub a legit cool Eve project.
