Do POS sentry guns target fighter drones? I have heard that they did not. Thanks for any info ou have on this.

No they do not, however the fighters can't shoot the tower as it's too far inside the protective bubble.

Fighters also enter "retard mode" when attempting to attack something that's retreated inside the bubble, and will fly around in a small circle until recalled or shot to pieces.

I thought they entered Retard Mode whenever they were launched.
Also, using a carrier ship to attack a POS isn't a very bright idea, due to your fights unable to attack the POS, and the fact that your tank won't exactly hold up.

Carriers can tank POS's easily. They are excellent resupply and support ships. Feel free to warp your BS fleet in on half a dozen carriers with remote capital reps fitted.

I have yet to see someone use a circular remote tank in this manner. Make it work and I will be a happy chap. :)

This coming from the corp that built a few death star POSs?
I doubt a carrier can hold up to that.
