So, Warren buffet goes to Manhattan and stays at the Four Seasons.........and orders out Dairy Queen food.
There is no Dairy Queen anywhere in the 5 burroughs of NYC. Period.

In all fairness, when I stayed at Four Seasons Tokyo last May when our Tokyo office was just opening, and asked for marmite with my breakfast toast, they did run out and get it. (yellow top and all, not the kiwi red topped one)
When you're paying large sums for a single night, you get a lot of pampering.
The heels one is just madness though.
