er...actually that's not true
since the game is in unicode, if any chinese user try to name their ships in chinese, it actually shows up on my screen as chinese characters. a friend of mine is from Hong Kong and we have tried it.
random letters don't mean chinese characters, it's funny to presume something u don't have a clue

Where in high sec? Maybe you and some like-minded folks should start an alt-run, high-sec macro killer corp. Kestrels ftw!

I think you may have something there. Ever seen a Chinese keyboard? Keystrokes like sflkjhfaf may have no meaning to us but those ascii codes on a Chinese keyboard may produce a series of Chinese characters that actually means something. So the mashed keyboard names are not really an indicator.
ASCII has nothing to do with it. ASCII is a character set and has nothing to do with a keyboard. You can't represent chinese characters with ASCII, and chinese keyboards dont use funny ASCII sequences either.

omg please do! my bf and i have been ice-mining in kehour and there are an ABUNDANCE of macros around that ice belt! It's really annoying and we have actually managed to steal ice from them (well, we justify it as tax for being macros!). they then retaliated by attempting to steal OUR ice, but we pwned them since my bf has a rifter that goes 3km/s :)

there are no agent mission macros.
if anything its probably two dudes with five accounts each. they each use one screen, one screen switcher and five computers. that is not macro'ing and is legal.
the reason they are not talking to you might be many;
a) you are god damn annoying convoing people
b) your just retarded
c) they are of foreign origin and does not understand english
d) your still retarded
