We need 8 competitions with the winners choosing a name (within reason) for each region. Or alternatively having the regions being named after the winners (obvious drawback to this one would see names such as "XxTehPwnerxX" or "Verone's Pink Panty Land."

Theres some backstory to all the 0.0 regions ingame, I suppose CCP already has a bunch written to bring it up to date. I remember there was a short novel written about immensea. I guess they probably already have something similar planned for the new regions.
