I have a bad feeling.
Think of a new mini profession when the new VOIP client hits. A female player could end up making a whole lot of isk (or out of game money) by providing certain services. You see it on just about every online service with many subscribers.
Reading the Vivox/CCP press release it states the following

I don't know if there's actually plans to have in game video (can't really see a reason for it) but if they do, you may see it used for reasons other then fleet battle coordination.

On a more serious note, wonder if I can talk the girlfriend into cybering for ISK using EVE VOIP. Would be a good source of income (ingame wise).
Since ISK for TS, KB's, and GTC's is leagle, wouldn't see why eve pimping wouldn't be allowed.

Dude I been on Xbox live with voice comm since 2002 and besides a few flirts with girls their is no "mini profession". Besides it can allready be made with a webcam and stuff...
And if you wanna pay ISK for these services go ahead 
(trade routes? yeah kinda I show some leg by the gates at choke points)
