A frigate, for example, can only absorb a finite number of skill points before it is maxed out. The max number of skill points which can be used to fly and fit a frigate applies if you are a relatively new player or if you are a player who has played Eve Online since the Beta. Personally I go with a SP for Plex based on Loyalty. You get to buy 10% of the skill points you trained over a 12 month period. For Example. You subscribe on January 1st 2014. Between January 1st 2014 to January 1st 2015 you train 15 million Skill Points. On January 1st you have the ability to purchase 1.5m Skill Points for a specific ISK amount. Rewards players for keeping an active subscription. Stops people paying to get brilliant accounts without putting in the time.

OR, create an activity in game that rewards SP, so we can grind them. what are you suggesting doesn't make sense. you are suggesting to speed up training time from real time to instant. with the fact that time is the most valuable asset then the 30 days of SP to PLEX cost ratio would need to me MUCH higher like 10 PLEX for 1 month worth of SP. but even with that it would still be a bad thing for the game 0/10

Wrong, newbies already train skills faster, from the get go, than they have done in the past. I don't think you'll find many people who would say that it's a bad thing either, because the change that made it possible was beneficial to all, wasn't a p2w scenario, and got rid of a really annoying time sink. Plex for , unallocated or otherwise, SP on the other hand is a p2w scenario, something a large percentage of subscribers do not want to ever see implemented in Eve, and I believe CCP themselves would be very cautious about even thinking of such a thing given the reaction they got last time.
