With the utilitarian and instant damage projection as well as the massive damage done by sentry (Ishtar?), the other classes of drones are pretty much null in void (Pun there). So how could CCP change the dronescape to give variety once more? How could CCP give drones the instant damage projection that sentry currently dominate at? Do I have anymore questions before my point? Give drones Micro Jump Drives. Yes that's right, give drones a one way instant ticket to the glorious slug fest with splosions. With EVE's fight at range and sentry only topography giving drones a one way ticket to the slaughter fest would make all drones viable again. Mimicking the MJD of the battleship class these modules would have a cooldown, so you couldn't just send your Ogre II's after a poor fella and instantly have them return. Also limiting would be drone control range, something the Ishtar dominates at (I'm sick of Ishtars...). So you see, there's no real 'OMG WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT' reason to not do that. It gives ALL drones a viable place in the current eve AND it has its drawbacks, easier to pop heavies or if you can't get them back and warp off they're gone. Imagine sending hoards of Ogre II's instantly after sniper zealots, the glorious affirmation of Gallente domination.

Then you don't have to sit and wait while your Ogre II's waddle their way back you can just warp to the next location and continue. Could also have them follow targets that warp off. I actually kinda like the idea of having a drone fitting panel, maybe on the side of the regular fitting panel that lets you use modules to customize your drones with abilities. Damage, range, and tracking should still be ship fittings, but some other small changes like faster return speed, remote rep for other drones (drone A takes a hit, drone B stops shooting target to rep drone A), and other things like that.

English dude, do you speak it? Also OP, this is a very lame idea. Considering how drone control range can be changed, how do you plan to implement that into the MJD for your drones? Or would it be based on the unbonused value of your ship? but then what's the point in doing that at all? Sounds to me like you need to train your drone nav skills up a bit. This is as nice as I get.
