I don't think this will be the case all that often.
Or you know, someone could lock up all the teams of a given type to monopolize margin of a specific market. This is a fun use case though so I don't see it as a negative thing.

WTB enough isk to hire all 4000 teams in the game, forever. Of course the goons could do it - for a month. I could probably do it for a month too, if I cared enough to blow my fortune on annoying someone as neurotic as you. Sadly I do not have any free character slots to add goon-sounding characters to, so I am unable to make you froth at the mouth (any more than you usually do).
It doesn't have to be all 4000, or even 100. But I like the sound of forever.

Oh we have been for a few days now since the very first blog on refines. We refined it a bit as more blogs came but the general baseline areas haven't changed.

If you didn't consider a functionally anonymous system within EVE that promoted no player interaction a problem then sure. This probably looks worse.
