A corpmate called my Cyclone a Schoolbus, and another said it was a Space Fridge 
That's just for a Cyclone, and i'm pretty sure many ships also have some nicknames, what are other common ones?

Some of my personal terms:
Executioner - "Cylon Raider"
Caracal - "Crane" (as in the Bird)
Bellicose - "Dragonfly"
Enyo - "Unicorn"
Tristan - "Fat Man" (that one's not mine)
Something I do that I thought was funny is I name my Indys after battleships. Ex: Iteron mk. II named "Tarquin's Typhoon"

whatever ship i have, i usually call it some variation of 'X's minmatar shuttle' if i remember to rename it. and put someone else's name on it just to confuse people who are using the scanner
