i think this is not due to erotica's personal history, but due to laws preventing certain words appearing on a public monument. this has been mentioned by devs when asked if rude character names would appear on the monument. |

Instead of 'burn Ripard', gankers tend to advise clients that they were ganked as retalliation for Ripard's actions and to ask him for reimbursement of the loss.

To me, that sends the clear message that they view such extensive and explicit real life threats as being acceptable.
This is rather angering, I must say.
