Ok newbies, heres the deal.
I will pay you 2 billion isk (2,000,000,000 ISK) for a simple sightseeing task.
You have no risk of getting killed, no hauling skills required, and no uber ship setup is needed.
All you got to do to qualify for this special bonus is be less than 2 months old and do the following, with my prior approval.
I want a screenshot of every NPC station in empire space for a collection I want.
Screenshots should be in JPG format. To get a screenshot simply press the PrintScreen button on your keyboard to get the screenie. It will be stored in your EVE folder under Capture/screenshots.
Make sure you convert it to JPeg format as it will take you forever to send them to me.
Also make the pics nice. A bit of sceneary wouldnt hurt. Clear your interface of chat channels and such, but the system information must be in top left of screen.
When you send it to me make sure you put the station name and location correctly as the message subject.
So, just to clarify, Every single station that resides in any Empire system (0.5 and above), and once completed I will give you two billion isk.
Dont mail me ingame as I will ignore your mails, simply post here stating why you rather than anyone else should be given this special task.
Remember, be constructive with your reasons to why you should be given this job.

better to do as a group effort. It would take some time, a lot. I'd do it as I am planning a tour of EVE soon but I dont want to find out 10 stations to go someone beat me to the prize.
I make cool banners for ISK.

If someone does this thay will pretty sure get sick of eve in the end as the pay isnt worth it all.. 
Doing lvl1 courier missions for 5 months straigt would be more fun than this. and above all: more profitable

Wow. Provided that one screenshot consumes around 0.5 megabytes, it will take more than 2 gigs of my precious traffic to send all screenshots to OP. No way!

There may be 4400ish stations but i think there are only 4 or 5 designs for each race, you will get alot of shots that are identical except for system name.

There is no risk of someone else beating you to the target, since im only picking one person for it. Ill make my decision in about 2 weeks.

Im not including the 14 day trial thing in your age so, however old you are deduct 14 days and if it falls below 2 months, your ok to do it.
So why do it? well firstly 2 billion isk, and you can be the first player in history to say he has visited every station in empire. You will be famous :)
If your worried about bandwidth allocation, well theres no reason why you cant send them as you do them.
Yes this is going to take 2 weeks, upto 4 weeks depending on how much you do each night. but even if it takes 4 weeks, thats 500m per week :)
To those that say you can make more isk else where : be my guest, this is for those finding it difficult to make isk so go eat a banana.
Remember, you need a good reason for me to give you the task, so be constructive.

This is a interesting job for any newbies who wanted to see the empire world while waiting for his learning skills to be fully trained up. And 2 billion is a great start for a newbie.
Also it is a challenging task and no one has done it as far as i am concerned.

Out of the 4946 NPC stations, there are exactly 3211 Stations located in 0.5-1.0 space, resulting in a payment of about 620'000 ISK per screenshot.

I'm 2 months and 12 days old (so exactly in the limit if you reduce it with the -14 days trial).. and would like to do this, got an idea on how to do it fast, but what if you don't pay after someone spend 2-4 weeks on this, might just be a mean joke
I'd love the 2bil though, and I've got quite a lot of time to do this at the moment, so I would be able to do it in a week or two I would guess.

You know what i'd gladly do it... Theres nothing to lose in this mission, you get to see all of empire, you get a nice screenshot gallery and you end up being rich at the end of it all? Whats there to lose?
The only thing id see in this is you not paying up your end of the deal after someone has took a pic of all the stations, so I would do it, id even be glad to but you would have to agree to pay me per screen. Id send you them as I go and you would pay me the money per screen, I would definetly hold up my end since id be making money, and that way if you refuse to give me the money id just stop...
so is it a deal? -Subtle
P.S As far as the requirements go, i fill them all :) you can give me a physical if you'd like :p

Like i said, it will only take me 2 weeks to get this job done, and i don't require payment upfront. So choose me, you've got nothing to loose and i do trust you, and you'll get your screenshots fast.
i've already started and now have 173 screenshots already of stations in the following constellations: Barvigrard, Tiat, Aldodan, Ani and Fribrodi.
I need to know ASAP if you'll pick me for the job, as i don't want to wait my time doing this and not getting picked.
2 billion will help alot in getting my new corp started

PS: i minimised my overview window so that it doesn't show info of surrounding objects in the pics, but i also made sure that it showed in the overview window, so that you can see that they aren't pics of the same stations.

I believe I can get what you want and I would take the prettiest pictures. Is there somewhere I can send you a sample image? I believe you will find it to your liking. I don't want to post it publicly, would rather send it privately to you as I do believe it would be a cut above the rest in terms of appearance. I have something of a knack for controlling a camera drone.
Two billion isk is an obscene amount of isk for a newcomer but I believe I can put it to proper use. I could get the whole job done fast in my new executioner frigate and have absolutely nothing better to do with my time. And who better to represent you than someone with such a pretty face?

CCP only protects against scams that involve character transfers. Based upon the EULA, you are free to scam isk from people all day long on the forum, as long as you don't break any other rules.

If you truelly are that uber rich, and perhaps plan to do something with all these pictures, like a webpage, migth I suggest you extend the task a bit?
Two pictures from each station, one from the outside and one from the inside?
Putting thoose up at a decent webpage would show both agents and facilities in said station.
I know I would use a page were I can see at least the facilities in each station.
I know there are agent lists and tools, but something like this would be nicer, and more personal imho.
This would probably double the time this would take though, making it a LOT more expensive for you, not to mention the person doing it would have an ever more monumental task ahead of him/her.. 
Still would be damn nice though.

4. I've been wondering what to do while I train my basic learning skills. My frigate is ferocious and all with its two mining lasers, but I got shot at by a pirate drone yesterday and they stole my Veldspar. And my fresh muffins. :( This would give me a definitive task to do, and some cash at the end of the day to begin my galactic conquest to control all of 0.0 space!

Objective: To overthrow Omber Zombie's claimed presedency with the earned money.
Experience: I own Photoshop CS2 and take photographs for a real life job.
Desire: I wish to be selected for this task simply because I signed onto EVE a few days ago as a result of a Gamespot ad while browsing for a new game, and I'm loving every minute of it. I'm currently in the 14 day trial period but I've already begun eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to pay for my 6 months subscription I'm about to order.
I noticed it isn't easy killing those rats I'm told to go after by my recruiter. I need a new ship, and I've watched as these people come in to help with these huge ships and kill them before I can get close.
I can't stop playing EVE, and I love the diversity of it. Gauging from the forums you can do whatever you want; become a scammer, become a pirate, become an ANTIpirate, or make stuff.
Besides, not even having my first million isk yet, I'd be stupid not to attempt at getting 2 BILLION isk.
P.S. I'm reading the forums non stop at work now, looks like a long road of addiction ahead...

If you want to make more than 2 bill at this, make instas to each station you visit and sell them. A set of instas to every station in Empire has to be worth a few isk.

I am created the 3rd march, I am a nice guy and I can take screenshots. I also would love to work with some 1 with this ambition as it looks like a nice idea.
I belive I am a good choise as I can get this work done fastly I only demand 250.000.00 ISK in advance = lesser risk to get scammed. Ask any of my corpm8s if you want to aska about my reliability.

I am newly created, I am no good at the game but I can warp around empire space easely and I dont have anything else to do. I also only demand 20.000.00 ISK before I begin the the trail.
I have some screenshot skills, I started EVE because I wanted a hard game, I got what I found but I still dont seem to get the hang on everything so I found out I will do this to learn more about eve.

Why do I want the screenshots?
No reason at all. Im not making a website, im not keeping records. I did this to see how many people would do (which in my eyes) is a pointless task for isk.
If I find someone who i think will do it, and they do it, they get the isk as promised.
There will be many other pointless tasks ill be thinking off aswell that only newbies can make cash from... its my way of putting isk back into the game that ive made, and giving some newbies a chance to get a good head start and compete in the eve markets.

I would like to apply for the position as öStation surveyor in Empire spaceö.
ItÆs just about 2 months since I woke up in a clone tank for the first time. I found myself in strange surroundings having mysteriously been transported from a parallell univers know as öProject Entropiaö.
Since then IÆve been slowly working my way up in the trade business. The necessity of regularly checking and updating my buy/sell orders have left me tied to a few central systems. However those few times where I do wander off into new systems, IÆm constantly amazed of the sights and vastness of EVE-Space. There surely must ps some exotic places to see and challenges to be had if I only could tear myself away from the day-to-day business of earning ISK.
Now you present a wonderful oppertunity to both explore the whole of Empire space AND make ISK doing it! This task surely must be made for me. As you request someone fairly new in the EVE-universe its hard to come up with someone who can vouch for my seriousness when it comes to business. I guess it will come down to trust for both the completion of the job and the following payment. I have nothing to loose if IÆm given this oppertunity as I will be fullfilling one of my own goals as well along the way, that of exploration.
To sum it up: Choose me and the job WILL be completed to youre satisfaction.
As to what IÆm going to do with the payment. I have a fairly expensive hobby as IÆm collecting spaceships. 2 bil ISK will give me many new additions to my collection.

Whomever is chosen for this task should consider taking a few extra minutes in each system and make some bookmarks. As far as I have seen there is not a time limit for completion, and a collection of bookmarks for all of Empire would not only be really nice to have personally, you could sell the copies and far exceed the 2 billion isk in initial payout. I would do it if I weren't so old. Good luck to the chosen one.

Sounds like a fair and interesting project. Not going to participate, but still sharing a few thoughts.
Perhaps clarify how you want to get the result; this may affect the task difficultness a bit? You seemed to indicate you want each of 3k JPGs in separate mail, with system and station name in subject.
For some estimation maths:
There seems to be 2955 or so stations, divided to some 832 +0.5 systems (based on my quick excel browse of CCP's data export).
Lets make following estimates:
- Warping to a station: 20 s * 2955
- Warping to a gate : 20 s * 832
- Jumping through a gate : 20 s * 832
- Preparing and taking screenshot : 10s * 832
- Writing title and sending a JPG: 20s * 2955
So, roughly 45 (in practice 40-120) hours of active optimized work, or 44M per hour. So, seems reasonable fee if my estimate is of correct magnitude.

Let's say one of the new players on the block was accepted tomorow. How long do they have to submit their work, or is there a limit?
Ultimately you have the ISK so my guess would be the faster the screenshots are done, the sooner the ISK :)

First, I hope there is still time for me to be considered. This looks to be a most challenging undertaking.
Second, As you have indicated a preference for the application, I enclose mine below.
Finally, regardless of the outcome, I think this is an awesome idea and I hope you start a trend.
*JOB APPLICATION*
1. I am in the middle of my fourteen day trial and as such, haven't been born yet. (I hope there is no minimum age.) I would probably take my most developed character on this journey if only for practical reasons, (might live slightly longer...).
2. I have a highly developed sense of adventure. I also have an extreme case of wanderlust, (though I am going to complete the tutorial).
3. Regarding the need for the ISK, I can't say that I need it. As I am yet unborn, I haven't developed any expensive habits yet. Don't get me wrong, with my need for adventure, clones could come in handy. I just figure that I was going to earn ISK on my own before I read your proposal.
4. My reason for wanting to do this: The historical significance of one so young undertaking such a monumental quest. An unprecedented exploration of our universe. Actually going to look at these places on purpose. EVE is pretty.

Little too late I guess, I don't often get on the forums.
I am at this very moment 2 months, 12days old. Born 2004.04.03
April = 27 Days
May = 31 Days
June = 15 Days
Not that it would matter, I don't have a Bandwidth limitation, I play the game at 1280x1024 with full graphical in game settings up high and all Graphical Card settings up high including Anti-Aliasing to give that nice, smooth finish.

I've looked into the numbers for how long this would take, unless Lass' numbers of 45 hours to 120 hours I come up with 200-250 hours. At 225 hours that's 45 days to complete the task that's too much for me.

May I remind you that while there are 400+ stations the actual station type amount is limited. There are of course Amarr, Minmatar, Gallente and Caldari stations, then there are the Outpost racial stations. And I have never really looked into it but I would bet all the stations of the same type look the same.
Just determine the different types (few) and then place the same repeating image for all applicable stations, if you ask me.
Making actual screenshoots will only provide different backgrounds, and possible abandonned newb ships cluttering the entrances of some. But the stations are all the same.

I would do it but 1 i dont trust you (to many ppl out to screw with ppl), second i would need a list of all systems in eve .5 to 1.0 and which systems they can connect to to make it the fastest, and third i am to old.

Hehe, I think it will take ages to do it (I'm leaning towards sencnes' estimate of 200+hours), but on the other hand, I imagine the OP receiving all these screenies and checking each one of them to be sure they're real and nothin's been forgotten ^^

Possible Exclusions: After recent podding experience, I seemed to have woke up in a clone tank in which housekeeping forgot to drain all the cleaning solution from. So needless to say, i think i may have forgotten a few things.

All you need is a serie of shots of each type of station from different angles. The rest is just a question of rearranging, mixing backgrounds, incrusting the station and modifying text. PS2 in batch mode does miracles
Unless the OP wants to waste his time looking at 4K+ useless pics of course

The right thing to do would be to take all 4400 pictures of those stations...
The smart thing to do would be to take 10 pictures and copy and paste all of them 4400 times.
