A man is sitting at the bar with his hands spread out on the bar. He asks the bartender to put a straw in his drink and slide it closer. The bartender does and the man leans forward and merrily sips away at his drink.
This goes on for a few drinks and the man is starting to wince. He calls the bartender over and tells him he has to go to the bathroom but wont be able to open his zipper.
The bartender feeling sorry for him agrees and follows him into the bathroom. He unzips the mans trousers and the man looks pathetically at him and asks if he could just hold it while he does his duty. The bartender reluctantly agrees and does as the man asked.
Afterwards, they're at the bar and the bartender asks the man what happened to his his hands... the war?... an industrial accident? The man replies "oh no, nothing like that. My nails are drying"

The value of the payout will increase if you already own this bpo. However the true value is to alliances for internal production and use and that value is immense.

Ah yes Carmen Priano, I forgot to mention the TRUE value of the bubbles. Just have your mates around a gate with 10-20 of these hypnobubbles and quietly suggest "send me isk".
You'll recoup your investment very quickly
