Why doesn't Hilmar P+¬tursson just sign over Crowd Control Productions to Alexander Gianturco and stop pretending.

• No more expansions because the Goons are happy with the state of the game right now (i.e.: they control all the good stuff)
• Industry is getting changed significantly from NPC-run to Goon-run
• New Goon ships are being built by Mordus Legion, mostly in low sec, but Goons will own the Mordus doctrine and nobody else will be allowed to fly Barghest battleships
• Mining ships will get rebalanced again to make it easier for New Order to gank them, and as everyone knows James 315 is a Mittani alt so yet again CCP kowtow to the Goons

What actually has me curious is why on earth they gave the Rattlesnake an increase of 38 Cap. That's a whopping 0.7% increase :D Probably giving an awesome recharge rate improvement of something like 0.05 of a percent :D What on earth was that about ?
