What actually has me curious is why on earth they gave the Rattlesnake an increase of 38 Cap. That's a whopping 0.7% increase :D Probably giving an awesome recharge rate improvement of something like 0.05 of a percent :D What on earth was that about ? |

You know, it makes perfect logic sense. If Goons are the ones making all the news about EVE, bringing in the most new customers, and overall being the best benefit to CCPs bottom line, then of course CCP should be catering heavily towards the Goons!
I mean, "CCP's income" is such an important metric to some EVE players. CCP is the only one with the actual ability to evaluate that, so rest assured! CCP catering to the Goons is a great thing for EVE!

Because the freighter pilots will obviously use cargo optimisation rigs, which reduce the freighter's EHP, playing right into the hands of the perpetual gate camps in Uedama and Niarja. And everybody knows that the gate camps are mostly Goons, and gate camping Uedama is how CFC gets all their income, and Alex's jimmies get rustled every time a 10B+ gank goes down.
