I just played this game for about 4 months, I joined a small corp and made some friends, I love this game and most my spare time was spent on it. So if this message is true, what does it mean, I will lose all the thing I got for 4 months? I can't play the game with my friends?

I doubt it, it'll most likely just be optional to go to the new server. You could most likely have accounts on both servers if you wanted to.

Don't worry about the english. It's difficult to learn. I'm usually in the japanese channel working on my kanji, but i know some mandrin...well not much past hello, goodbye....and inappropiate words i learned in Hong Kong.

Thats just a plain silly assumption, I am in a mutliethnic corp and people are constantly picking up things from my (atrocious) usage of English. If as the fellow says he is trying to improve his English, then shock horror, maybe he has picked up a few things good or bad from the rest of us.
To the OP have welcome and enjoy, though please best not chat to me, I maybe English, but my in game usage is worse then my non-English peers.

in my old game, i had built the equivalent of a corp
i'm a french player, but who cares
at a certain time two years ago i started to get, out of the blue, "anti-french" comments. most of the time we were constantly joking about this idea, stuff like Cheese and Wine etc whatever was funny.
but at this time where french was seen as "bad" in the news, well it really became creepy ingame
i just left at that time for a couple months because well playing was a constant political insult, about real life
the "GMs" and Dev team said put like a little hit on the hand of those doing that, but didnt take any kind of action
So well i'd say this kind of narrow minded people are sadly common, and it's surprising when we're in the most democratic way to get together, an online game where you do not know if the person in your gang is from asia, france, the US or Mars or whatever
One of my "guild leaders" there was a chinese woman, and well between "woman" and "chinese", you can get the kind of chat she had when people knew...
i can really understand your worries here, and well i hope things go smoother with time

some chinese and japanese people are really kind!
when i played FFXI some japanese guys helped me on a level limit quest with there uber maxed out chars for 6 hours even though they didnt speak a word of english lol.
would like to see some english speaking people do that, on mmo's ive played on american servers its impossible to get help just for 2 mins and most of them are ignorant and wouldnt even throw u a revive if your corpse was laying infront of them.

You will find Eve to be one of the most refined community, being composed out of ex PvPers or shall I say PKers ;)
The latter usually have the best English and the best manners strange enough.
Your English is very good, but you forgot one ver yimportant aspect - interpunctation.
If you use more "," and "." to shorten sentences what you write will be much more readable.
Lastly - what shocks me a bit is the fact that Eve is now not any more "non-sharded"
as there is another shard up in China now - at least that is what I read out of this thread.
Fly safe - dont hide too much in empire space and go out to 0.0 ;]

if u scroll trough dev-blogs u can see that even the devs say like: we understand that the chinese are farming and that this is also a reason of making a 2e server for the chinese people.

imo the whole gold farmer "hate" thing is a big stick in CCP bottom
CCP and only them have to deal and can deal with the issue
once the problem is (at least partially) solved, this kind of "shortcut" will disappear itself
the repetitive gameplay for miners is to blame. if the game mechanics were slightly different (dunno how but well CCP has some brains) and if automation was pointless, then it wouldnt work and gold famers would vanish and move to another game
