CHIMP wants RA to "go away" because they're basically a carebear alliance at heart.
KOS wants RA to "go away" because they, too, are a pos fuel hauling/carebear alliance.
-V- and -LV- claim to be "PVP alliances", but they're trying to eradicate their one (and only?) real enemy from the south-east.. If you were eventually successful in doing just that, then who would you have to fight? Each other? The expected (and lame) response to this will undoubtedly be "well RA doesn't really fight anyway they just safespot/log/etc".. If they do, its because you've forced them into that to survive. RA has been *massively* outnumbered from the beginning. If the roles were reversed and you were fighting for your very survival I'm quite sure LV/V/KOS/CHUMP/etc would be selective in their engagements as well. I have a hunch that if you stopped trying to completely remove RA from 0.0 they would be more than happy to provide you with entertaining fights.
Just a hunch.
And no, i'm not an RA alt, either.
