I can't do almost anything in the first minute, just pray that the pos doesn't choose you as target. My overview was also fubared after closing and reopening it for the 5th time etc. It was always like: 'Puh, lag over, I can fire at something.' and 5 seconds later I already heard the 'Warp out !' Got only better, when we the numbers fell and we stayed in the grid and helped the dreads to get out. That was really fun. Hits of 3500 from the POS don't feel so bad, if you have hardened shields, 15000 armor plus hardener and over 50% structure resistances. After all it was fun, much more fun than just 'waiting' !

They are going into reinforced and our numbers of capitalships is only increasing, not quite going to plan is it. Cache will shortly be solely in our hands, and you are faced with having to move your fleet out of the protective shadow of your POS to take a station in the limited time you will ahve sovereingty. Meanwhile our morale sky rockets as our players realise that the POS will die, and our teamwork is once again being confirmed as greater than yours. The greedy, backstabbing nature of the RA leadership, past and present, has dragged more and more parties into the fray over time. This is no bandwagon. You made your bed. Now sleep. I respect the REDs, who fight and try to win this anyway, but I feel no pity at all. I want to see this job finished, no matter of smack, whines, flames, accusations or whatever. And if the coalition were 300 people in system and had enough dreads to insta pop the large poses, I wouldn't feel a bit sorry for RA. I enjoy the fights and respect RA for not giving up, but I personally want this job finished now. The faster it's done, the better.

But this is not because its said "lets get a fleet bigger than them", its simply because thats how many pilots join up. When a fleet is roaming, it WANTS sufficient resistance from RA. With the knowledge that RA will safespot if their numbers are inferior (which I'm not even in disagreement with), why would we ever want that? Of course we want a good fight, and since that will only happen with even numbers (or more RA), we'll take what we can get. We put together a fleet of size X, and hope that RA will front a fleet of X+y so that a fight insues. Honestly, at this stage in the game, I don't blame RA for playing it safe when outnumbered. When you're resources are thinning and you're on the disadvantage, you can't afford to lose resources easily. Logically, and tactically, it makes some sense. That being said, I look forward to some good fights, no matter what happens. I very much hope both sides can stop the pointless smack, and keep this thread alive as long as the seige continues.
