I don't need to be negative to open the jita market graph for small smartbombs or badly sized guns and see that they are absolute ****, and in some cases sell at losses even to T2 manufacturers. I can only assume this means that the half dozen or so times inventors ran the numbers without looking they ended up with stock that exists to this day. So, yeah, if your items sell for a loss when being produced from a T2 BPO? The amortization is a lot more than 180 years.
